This fee covers the coordination of booking, food ordering, event setup, and cleaning.

The Aviator Event Space is ready to handle Rehearsal Dinners, Business Meetings, Retirements, Birthday Parties, Reunions, Graduations and more in our dedicated private event space which is perfect for small parties of 25 to parties up to 125 folks.

The Aviator SmokeHouse is attached to the Event Space and provides the food and serving staff (525 E. Broad St. Fuquay Varina, NC 27526)

EVENT MANAGER:

Work with our event manager to coordinate entertainment, AV needs, decorations, and special table layouts. We are here to help make your event successful!

SEATING:

Our event space is setup to accommodate up to 125 folks with large custom-made tables which can be arranged in any way you like.  Each table seats about 8 – 10 folks.

Please feel free to visit the event space in person.  Call the SmokeHouse at 919 557 7675 to arrange a visit.

BAR, MUSIC, DECORATIONS:

We offer a full bar with 12 beers on tap, full liquor bar and a draft system that delivers fresh draft beer as the Brewery intended.

We have a full sound system that has streaming music. We also have a projector that can show anything you would like from our computer on a 20’ x 10’ screen.

If you need to have special decorations for your event work with our Events Coordinator to create the layout and atmosphere that you need! Please no tape on the walls, it will remove the paint. Feel free to tape to the windows.
