"Top hanger, natural dryers, Ceylon cinnamon organic sticks." After 3 weeks, we check the water percentage, which should be between 18 to 25. After that, we select a team for the C5 special grade, C5 grade, and C4 grade. We then make separate bundles and select the best quality cinnamon sticks for each grade. Some sticks are very dark, and those are sold in the local market for Ceylon cinnamon powder supply. We always prioritize the best premium quality for export. We are careful about our workers' safety, providing them with gloves, face masks, and head covers. This is why we assure our customers of the quality of our organic Ceylon cinnamon sticks.
"We use Ceylon cinnamon sticks. We dry them by hanging them at the top in the factory. This is our cultural process. It is natural to dry the cinnamon sticks. We always keep the store window open to allow for ventilation. This is necessary to ensure the color, taste, and to prevent fungal effects. Without drying the cinnamon, we proceed with the production. Our process involves immersing the sticks in water at a 50% level at first, and then reducing the water level to 18%. We check the water level weekly and then proceed to bundle or cut and pack the production. This is the best way to produce organic Ceylon cinnamon sticks."
"Ceylon cinnamon sticks are assembled one by one before joint assembling. Prior to assembling the joints, we keep them outside in the sun to reduce the moisture to 45%. The cinnamon bark will then close, forming a round pipe similar to the cinnamon gutter bark. After this, we begin the assembling process, cutting all the sticks to a standard length of 21 inches for easy handling and work. We always prioritize safety during the assembling process, ensuring the safety and health of workers by using face masks and disposable caps."
Our process for manufacturing Ceylon cinnamon involves selecting the second bark, known as the main stick gutter, from the cinnamon tree's main trunk. We ensure premium quality and cleanliness by removing the first bark, resulting in uniform yellow-colored pieces with no dark spots. Our cinnamon sticks reflect this high quality and are consistently produced. We always prioritize providing the best quality for our customers. That's why our cinnamon is very tasty and very favorable. You can see the quality of our Ceylon cinnamon sticks before assembling them.
During the second bark removal process of the Ceylon cinnamon tree, the workers focus on the main part of making cinnamon sticks. They first remove the outer bark and then proceed to the second bark removal. To make it easier to remove the bark, the workers press a brass bar against the tree. All the tools used in this process are made of stainless steel and brass materials. The workers specifically target the bottom to middle straight area of the cinnamon tree to obtain the best quality cinnamon sticks. For safety and health measures, the workers use face masks and disposable caps during the manufacturing process. This ensures the quality and safety of the cinnamon produced.
Our manufacturing of Ceylon cinnamon involves selecting second bark pieces from cinnamon tree branches. We ensure premium quality and cleanliness by removing the first bark, resulting in all the pieces being a uniform yellow color with no dark pieces. Our product, cinnamon sticks, reflects this high quality and is produced consistently. We always prioritize providing the best quality for our customers.
"Removing the outer bark from cinnamon tree branches to create sticks. First, we remove the outer bark from all the thick branches of the cinnamon tree. Then, we further remove the bark from the sticks - this part is easy to remove and is in small pieces with a width of 10 mm to 15 mm. These pieces are then placed inside the Ceylon cinnamon sticks. During this process, our workers wear face masks and disposable caps to ensure safety and health care in our production."
Before the first bark removal, we clean the cinnamon tree thoroughly with water and dust off any necessary impurities to ensure a 100% clean start to the production process. Then, we carefully begin removing the first bark. This part requires careful handling, as any damage to the second bark of the Ceylon cinnamon sticks will show up as a dark mark. Therefore, only professional workers should undertake this task. During this process, workers must also wear a safety face mask and disposable cap. At the end of the manufacturing process, we can provide customers with the best premium quality Ceylon cinnamon sticks.
Ceylon cinnamon farm workers start their day early, usually between 4:30 am and 6:00 am, to begin cutting cinnamon trees with sharp tools. This work is difficult and demanding, as they have to face the challenges of arriving early in the morning and working in teams, all while dealing with the unpredictable weather, particularly heavy rain. The workers face dangers such as the risk of injuries when lifting and transporting the cinnamon bundles to the main road, especially during rainy conditions. Despite these challenges, they work hard from start to finish. the workers usually work for one week and then take at least two days of rest due to the hard work and the effect of heavy rain. In the working time, they have to finish the work fast, otherwise, they cannot wake up early the next day to go to the farm. Workers take only 10 to 15 minutes for breakfast and lunch. This is the life of a cinnamon worker. However, at the end of the sale, they will enjoy time with their family. This happiness can be seen in the faces of those buying cinnamon. Thank you to the cinnamon customers for supporting our workers and their families.
"Bundles of Ceylon cinnamon trees are being transferred near the road. During the first time, one or two workers are shifting the main bundles of cinnamon trees to the road because their time is very important. Other workers continue to work in the farm until the farm work is finished. It is important to transport the cinnamon bundles without delay, as any damage to the cinnamon trees during transportation could result in loss. If the trees are damaged, the cinnamon will turn dark in color, making it unsellable. Therefore, the main trunks need to be handled carefully until the production work is finished."
"After cutting a cinnamon tree, workers separate the tree into three different sizes and bundle them. They have the expertise to know the best positions and sizes for cutting. You can see what an organic Ceylon cinnamon farm really looks like in the picture. One person is cutting the tree into separate pieces, while another person is calculating for the bundle. Only experienced individuals can cut the separate pieces carefully, ensuring that there is no damage or cracks in the cinnamon tree. They have to do their job with great care and safety."
In the early morning at the Ceylon cinnamon farm, workers clean the base of the cinnamon trees and remove any waste. They also trim and dispose of waste. Safety with working tools is the main priority for cinnamon workers because many accidents happen in the cinnamon farm area. Then they will start their job. They know which cinnamon tree has a high taste and the best quality, and only those are taken for production. All the waste from cinnamon trees is dropped inside the farm. After that, cinnamon branches are cut from live-standing cinnamon trees at a bottom level of 3 or 4 feet high because air ventilation is required for cinnamon.
The workers on our Ceylon cinnamon farm start their day very early, around 4:30 am to 5:30 am, even before the sun rises. It's a tough job, but it's necessary in order to finish all their work. When they arrive at the farm, their first task is to clean the area around the cinnamon trees. They need to remove any non-productive trees and carefully cut them down without damaging the cinnamon roots. With their experience, they know how to cut the trees properly. Each day, a team cuts over 500 trees. After cutting, one person is responsible for the cinnamon, while the others take care of different tasks such as calculating and bundling. This all contributes to successful cinnamon production.
