Zesty - Pear - Wild flowers

Fin Wines focuses on showing off the terroir and the purity of the varietals (while always paying homage to the original owners of the land). Fin Wines produces young fresh wines, ciders and "fun" drinks with an emphasis on drinkability. Minimal additions, no filtering, spontaneous fermentation.

Fin Wines says: "A classic blend of Pinot Gris, Savvy B & Viognier, grown on Taungurung, Wurundjeri and Boonwurrung country. Pressed to tank. Wild ferment. A fresh and zesty number. Pear, citrus and fleshy white stone fruit. Hints of meadow wild flowers, possibly dandelions, with a beeswax texture."
