Moken Reclaimed Teak Soap Dish

This reclaimed teak soap dish is the baby sister of our Moken Bath Caddy and is, in our eyes, perfection. We thought hard about raising the tiny spindles to allow water to drain, and ensuring the minimum viable amount of wood around the edges. 

Made of reclaimed teak from dismantled old Burmese buildings, it has traditional dowel joints to withstand a life-time of splashing.

It is made in a workshop in Bago, north of Yangon in Burma, which supports eight families of carpenters.
