The West Winds Gin was launched by Paul White, Jason Chan, James Clarke and Jeremy Spencer in June 2010 in Margaret River. They pride themselves on securing environmentally sustainable ingredients from local growers wherever possible, including the likes of Native Native Thyme, Lemon Myrtle, Bush Tomatoes, Davidson Plums, Banksia Honey, Sloe Berries, Cinnamon Myrtle, Strawberry Gum Leaves, Sea Parsley and more. Incorporating local Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, The West Winds Gin Pinque Rose Gin is 37.5% ABV with aromas of sweet spice and red berry, light touches of juniper and citrus, and a complex, subtle palate of strawberries, citrus and a hint of vanilla.
