Lo-Fi in Santa Barbara County, California, is a partnership between two lifelong friends, Mike Roth and Craig Winchester who believe in hand crafted honest wines that are made for everyday drinking - easy drinking, lower alcohol wines made to pair well with all types of foods. They believe in neutral barrels, native yeasts and little to no sulphur additions, and embrace a nothing-added, nothing taken away philosophy that gives birth to wines that are young, vibrant and alive.

This chillable red takes organic Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes that the Lo-fi team crush as standalone varietals then 100% whole bunch carbonic maceration. The result is fruity and crunchy, with notes of cherries, berries and some earthy funk.  

Grapes: 72% Gamay, 28% Pinot Noir
